Common Questions
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed after the buyer confirms delivery. Funds are transferred to your linked bank account within 2–5 business days. Faster payout options are coming soon.
What happens if an order is cancelled?
If a buyer cancels before shipment, you pay no fees. If you cancel a confirmed order, the 7% commission is forfeited as a cancellation penalty (after 2 free cancellations per month).
Is shipping free for buyers?
Yes. All orders ship free to buyers — no shipping charges at checkout, ever. Your 7% commission applies only to the item sale price.
Are there any volume discounts?
We currently offer a flat 7% for all sellers. Volume-based pricing is on our roadmap for high-volume sellers.
What is the processing fee exactly?
We use Stripe for payment processing and pass their fee through at cost: 3.2% of the transaction amount plus $0.30 per transaction. We do not mark this up.
Will fees ever change?
We commit to no fee changes for at least one year from your approval date. After that, we will give 30 days advance notice before any change. Your existing active listings will always be grandfathered at the rate in effect when you listed them.
